Change of Directors
We provide professional service to clients who want to appoint or resign directors, this includes the filing of Company Registry forms and all other paperwork required to keep one’s company records up to date and compliant.

What’s included in the fee?
- Companies Registry fee
- Appointment or resignation letter: A letter from the new director saying that one accepts appointment to the board of directors, or a letter from the present director declaring that one wishes to quit as a director.
- Minutes: Companies are required by Companies and Other Companies Act (24:31) to maintain minutes of all meetings of the directors and for these to be available for the inspection by any director. The director(s) should pass minutes to appoint or resign director(s).
- Updated register of company directors
- Updated current annual return
- Notice of change of list of directors
- NB: Before removing or appointing a director in your Company, all statutory requirements need to be updated, including;
- All outstanding annual returns
- Share capital re-denomination
